Wall of Fame
We are delighted to share that we would be displaying the brief of all member NGO’s work in the form of Art Work of POSTER PANELS in our ‘Cancer Care India - Wall of Fame’ during 16th All India Conference to held at Art of Living international centre, Bangalore from 7th to 9th December 2018.
You are kindly requested to prepare your artwork and showcase your NGO works based on following heads.
- Summary of work
- Success Stories
- Case Study
- Initiatives in public awareness
- Volume of Work
- Publications & Research Projects (if any)
- Others
You may add, delete few categories or choose some of the above to focus your work which best describes your NGO.
Please find below guidelines which will help you to prepare the Artwork.
- Artwork size should be 3rd feet wide x Height 7th Feet
- Artwork need to get designed by NGO and should be sent to conference secretariat. (managehealthfoundation@gmail.com)
- NGO’s contact details should be at the bottom of Artwork
- The artwork should be neatly designed with proper spacing and alignments.
- Design elements should be in proportion.
- Text size should be of minimum 65 pts.
- Images, charts, graphics, text portions are to be used in the artwork.
- Artwork print file(s) should be sent in .cdr, .ai or .pdf format.
- Last date of submission is 15th Oct 2018
We plan to get it printed, framed to put up for display during the conference. One person from your team should be there for interaction on the same during poster presentation session.
Best 5 posters with innovative activities for podium presentation shall be selected by panel of judges and first 3 shall be awarded.
Similarly Best 3 posters by NGO's will be selected by panel of judges and awarded.
Awards shall be given during valedictory function on Sunday. If awardee is not present during function it will be passed on to the next best in row.
