It is a great pleasure and honour to invite you to participate in the 1^st International Conference on "Innovations by NGOs in Diabetes Care" being organized from 12^th to 14^th August 2021 on the virtual platform.

Conference is being conceptualised and organized by Swasthya Diabetes Care, AIIDR (All India Institute of Diabetes and Research) and MHF (Manage Health Foundation) jointly.

The COVID-19 pandemic has exposed healthcare systems the world over and currently posing challenges never thought of by mankind. This has ignited the need of relooking at the healthcare from multiple angles by all the stakeholders including NCD's (Non-Communicable Diseases). Chronic disease patients including diabetes are more susceptible with higher mortality to COVID -19.

"Innovations by NGOs in Diabetes Care" conference has been conceptualized to identify & address the multi-dimensional challenges in Diabetes care with better preparedness. The program of the conference is being prepared with an objective of mutual learning from the rich experience from participating stakeholders – Medical Professionals, Governmental organizations, NGO leadership, Volunteers, Leading National & International Experts, Social & Scientific Researchers, CSR Leadership, Financial institutions and Pharma professionals.

The objective of the conference is to bring all stakeholders on a common platform. We hope that this will bring us together in the Fight Against Diabetes & its complications by Collaborative Advocacy at the National as well Global level. This can open doors of collaborations to work together for Diabetes Prevention, Screening for Early Diagnosis, Improving Access to Care at the District Level & deeper, Complete treatment without breaks or delays.

We invite & welcome suggestions regarding topics from Healthcare Providers, Government bodies & Non-Governmental organizations working for Diabetes.

Kindly share with us the details of NGO's or volunteers doing good work, so that we can invite them for participation. Join us for this conference for discussions on the challenges to work on possible solutions.
